Hi!  We’re Tia and Christa (mother and daughter), and Florida Balm is our passion project sharing our favorite Florida places to visit, things to do, unique shopping, food, wildlife and so much more!

And we’re particularly passionate about highlighting and supporting Florida’s small businesses and farms. Visiting u-pick berry farms, going antiquing, buying fresh Florida meat from a farmer’s market and taking a great walking ghost tour are all things that we love (and write about here!).
