Hi! We’re Tia and Christa — a mother–daughter duo who love exploring the Sunshine State one quirky town, hidden spring, seafood shack, and small farm at a time.

Florida Balm began as our little passion project to document the places we genuinely love and help others discover real Florida — from coastal towns and local festivals to wildlife encounters, roadside attractions, and unique shopping spots.
