Orders are shipped from the U.S., our facility or warehouse. Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Current processing time before shipping is 1-4 business days.
We’re sorry. Currently we do not ship outside the U.S.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Returns that shipped from our warehouse should be returned to that same warehouse. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
