Coconut Key Lime Spritz 🍈

A bubbly, tangy, and tropical refresher that pairs perfectly with turkey or seafood sides. This one feels like a Florida Keys vacation with a cool ocean breeze in a glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh Key Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Club Soda (or sparkling water)
  • 1 tsp Honey or Agave (optional)
  • Ice
  • Lime Slice + Coconut Flakes
  • Fresh herb garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a shaker, combine coconut rum, lime juice, and honey. 
  2. Shake well with ice.
  3. Pour into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a lime slice and a sprinkle of coconut flakes on top.

  • 2 oz Orange Juice

Directions: 

  1. Combine rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and cinnamon in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake lightly and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
