Coconut Key Lime Spritz 🍈
A bubbly, tangy, and tropical refresher that pairs perfectly with turkey or seafood sides. This one feels like a Florida Keys vacation with a cool ocean breeze in a glass.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Key Lime Juice
- 3 oz Club Soda (or sparkling water)
- 1 tsp Honey or Agave (optional)
- Ice
- Lime Slice + Coconut Flakes
- Fresh herb garnish (optional)
Directions:
- In a shaker, combine coconut rum, lime juice, and honey.
- Shake well with ice.
- Pour into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime slice and a sprinkle of coconut flakes on top.
